This might cut the absolute thinnest of paper but otherwise doesn’t work. Wouldn’t cut lightweight printer paper.I am happy with my order of the 360 Degree Rotating Blade Craft Cutting Tool. I did need to test the different blades on different materials to find the best to use. I like this as it can replace an Exacto knife for some jobs, especially anything with curvy lines. This is ideal to use to make DIY stickers. I used mine with a self-healing mat and frisket film to make a mask for airbrushing. If you can trace outlines, you can easily use this cutter. I find this works best with thin papers and thin plastic films. This is a good value as it includes 3 different blades with protective covers. The blades are not difficult to swap with the use of pliers, you just pull it straight out and push the new one in.
