Over 2 months after ordering, and 3 weeks later than expected arrival, it's here. I was expecting a rubberized backing, but it's basically craft foam. The "velvet" on top isn't bad, but I have no idea how it will wear, or if the crease down the middle from shipping will ever soften. I got what I paid for, which was a practice mat that I can beat up and not feel bad about.This is a gift. But my friend love it.Great product, i am not at a pro level but can do amazing magic at kids and company events. This pad will save you if you are into close up Magic.
